Game History

Stern's Star Trek pinball machine was released in September 2013 as part of their modern lineup of licensed games. This machine was based on the alternate reality timeline established in the 2009 Star Trek film and its sequel Star Trek Into Darkness.

The machine incorporated several innovative features for its time, including an animated battleship, three lightning fast ramps, three flippers, and resettable memory drop targets. Karl Urban, who portrayed Dr. McCoy in the Kelvin timeline films, appeared in a promotional video for the Pro model that was shot in Vancouver, Canada.
