Retrodome policies

Retrodome Player Policy

Please read this policy before booking, visiting or using Retrodome online features.

1. Purpose

The Retrodome player system is designed to keep high scores fun, fair and competitive across Retrodome venues.

2. Player accounts

Players must use appropriate names and account details. Offensive, misleading or abusive player names may be edited, hidden or removed.

3. Score submissions

Scores must be genuine and achieved at a Retrodome venue. Proof images should clearly show the score where possible. Submissions may be approved, rejected or removed by staff.

4. QR codes

Machine QR codes are provided to make score submissions easier. Do not remove, damage, cover or misuse QR codes.

5. Fair play

Cheating, exploiting machine faults, submitting fake proof, submitting on behalf of others without permission or abusing staff decisions may lead to score removal or account restrictions.

6. Competitions

Competitions may have venue, machine, date and prize conditions. Winners are decided based on approved eligible scores within the competition period unless Retrodome states otherwise.

7. Public display

Approved player names, scores, venues, machines, badges and competition results may appear publicly on Retrodome leaderboards and promotional material.

8. Staff decisions

Staff decisions on score approval, competition eligibility and player conduct are final where needed to protect fairness and venue safety.
