By using the Retrodome website, booking system, high score system or venues, you agree to follow these terms and any venue rules displayed in person.

2. Bookings

Bookings are subject to availability, venue opening times and any conditions shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering the correct venue, date, ticket type and contact details.

3. Venue behaviour

Retrodome reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone behaving aggressively, dangerously, unlawfully or in a way that affects staff, customers, machines or the venue.

4. Machines and availability

Machines may be unavailable due to maintenance, faults, rotation or operational needs. Retrodome will aim to keep a strong selection available but cannot guarantee every individual machine at every visit.

5. Website content

Content may be updated, corrected or removed at any time. Retrodome is not responsible for temporary website downtime or third-party plugin/provider issues outside its control.

6. Accounts and high scores

Accounts and player features must be used honestly. False details, abusive names, fake score submissions or manipulated proof may be rejected or removed.

7. Limitation

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Retrodome is not liable for indirect losses caused by misuse of the website or failure to follow venue rules.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated as Retrodome services evolve.
